💯…I came late to this album, my first taste of Walter’s vocal was when I saw SD in 2007 , Liverpool Pops in Aintree , England We arrived at the Hotel on site mid afternoon to hear the wonderful strain of Haitian Divorce ..it was Walter singing …(from the sound check just across in the venue )…..

Their take on that tour was hilarious… I saw than for the first time in 2023.. but many times after that .

I searched high and low for W’s version of this !…it’s amazing .. I digress, In 2007 I saw SD at Liverpool Pops Festival , Aintree , and got to hear Walter sing Haitian Divorce..(🫶) , we travelled from Sheffield and were staying in the on-site hotel just across the way from the venue , my husband went outside and heard parts of the sound check ..he came back to the room and said , “well the good news is SD are here but the bad news is DF isn’t singing” He was ofcourse, but it had been Walter rehearsing HD ! That concert was just amazing …it took weeks for me to come down from the musical high.

I have only just seen this …it’s like a late birthday gift seeing this stuff.. Thank you 💝

I am in awe of the generosity of our dear leader , D-Mod …… I am full of gratitude and happiness to think that a little piece of Our beloved W has come into our lives , A fan for over 50 years , his music is as much cherished now as it was when I first sat and listened to Can’t Buy A Thrill , maybe even more , I would have loved to have met him just to tell him what a hero he was to me , but sadly it never happened .
